NAS Tournament – March 2009
GKR Paralowie Dojo has 2 students in the GKR South Australian State Squad, Latillia Mobbs and Daniel Andrew. Both students entered Round 1 of the NAS Championships and took home trophies.
Latillia Mobbs – 3rd place Kata, 2nd place Continuous Sparring, 3rd place Point Sparring.
Daniel Andrew – 1st place Kata, 1st place Point Sparring.

Kancho Robert Sullivan (Founder and Chief Instuctor) of Go-Kan-Ru Karate is conducting a ‘Special Training Seminar’ open to all students and grade levels.

The Kumite Seminar on Saturday 31st Jan has now moved to Enfield High School. The times are 1pm until 3pm. The weather will be hot so please make sure you bring enough drinks.
